We leave on Sunday for Orlando Fl. this is prob. the only trip that we will ever get to make at least for a long time. What is it like at Disney right now I have read that there is some flooding near there but don't know what it is like there. Do you think it will clear up before we leave?

  1. You should be fine. Disney has good drainage wont have to worry about flooding. After hurricanes Disney is one of the best places to go it feels like nothing happened. Bring rain gear it sometimes rains in the afternoon.

If the storm dosent make another U turn it shouldn't interfere with your trip

  2. I'm not positive about Disney, but I searched up the general Orlando, FL area for you and it looks like a rainy week. Hopefully things clear up for you.

  3. LOL, Thats funny. We are under water, the river is flooding and no, next week will be wet. Welcome to Florida.

  4. It will be very wet.

    Parks will be open.

    Bring poncho's.

Storm damage severe in coastal areas.

Orlando is 50 - 80 miles inland depending on which coast.

The rain should be a lot lighter next week than what we've been getting.

  5. Even today it looks like rain for the next seven days. Sorry.

But hey, we've been to Disney World during bad weather. One advantage is that it MAY cut back on the visitors from the Florida area because they have more flexibility with their travel. So if you're lucky, the lines might be shorter.

  6. It's pretty decent in Fla today. Bring a poncho, it rains about once a day in Central Florida even without a hurricane.
