I was there 2 years ago in January and it wasn't too cold at all... I wore a sweater and a lite jacket with jeans... If you're going have fun! and check out the cappucin monk cave thing and spanish steps...

well sometimes not that cold,,,,but in the buildings its quite cold...depends if u go to ahotel they it aint cold!!

I'm from Rome, I can tell you that the temperature on those days is around 2 or 3 Celsius degrees (sorry but I can't reckon in Fahrenheit), and during the night it's a couple of degrees colder. Hope it helped!
