What is the weather like in baja mexico end of Feb.?

I am going on a cruise to baja Mexico and I was hoping for warm weather

North baja still pretty cool on those days,  south Baja California,  like Cabo, starts to warm up, but not to hot.

Maybe you can get lucky and have wonderful weather because it changes constantly, but take into account that is winter and specially this year we are having colder days than recently past years.
