What is the weather like in berlin in september?

I am traveling with my brother from Toronto to Berlin. What is the weather going to be like? Do I need warm clothes? What are some great things to do there. I understand we will be staying right in the center of Berlin

It should still be warm, but Europe is having c**p weather right now!
