  1. Brrrrr. Dont wear shorts.

  2. Snow is intense between May and September (The Southern hemisphere winter). The arid climate of the steppes, in the centre and southern parts of Mendoza, is the transition fringe between the northern part of Argentina, with its Southern hemisphere summer rains, and the southern part with its rain and snow during the Southern hemisphere winter.

  3. In June/July it is winter in Argentina and the temp. is rather cold, minus 3 o 4 degrees celsius in the morning and the highest temp could be around 12 or 13. Mendoza however, is a very dry place and although the temperature is cold, as the city of Mendoza is right in the highlands of Argentina, the wind chill factor makes the temp to be felt as lower. It does not rain like it does in other places like Buenos Aires but in Mendoza there is a lot of snow and a very cold, dry weather which can be very very chilly. There are nice ski places in Mendoza.
