go to www.bsnl.co.in hit view bills&receive sms. you will be taken to this page http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/aspxfiles/l... You can fine"new user sign up". After signing up, your phone will be added to your account. One or two days later you can view bills and also can pay the bills on line.( Axis bank)
