What is the website to become a olympic contestant?

You should  try to contact the NOC (National Olympic Committee) for your country and the organization that represents the sport you wish to compete in.  If it is swimming, contact local swim clubs and begin training and competing in local and regional events.  Work your way up to national events and get on your national team to compete internationally.
