It has smiley or sad faces on a map where people have posted information about their neighbours, I went on it ages ago but cant remember what the website is called ???

dont know but would love to find it to see if I have the most horrid neighbours  that copy everything I have or do, their children are disgusting  and rude and i cannot buy a plant without them buying exactly the same one days later, I wish they would move!

My neighbours are great, why would you post things on the internet about your neighbours that sounds unfair.
