You would need a very expensive mircobalance to weigh a tiny ant.  Something that could weigh under one gram and be accurate to at least 4 digits.  So you are looking at a weight of something like 0.0100 grams.  You would have to measure in in grams, the English system is just not accurate when measuring micro amounts.
