  1. Crocodile, i suppose. I would try anything though

  2. Something called a 'Big mac'.  I mean, why do so many people crave this travesty of food?

In Vietnam I got offered Bull p***s in Seasonal Vegetables, but did not partake!

  3. Raw octopus in Seoul, S. Korea.  They slice up a live one right in front of you and you eat it while it's still wiggling.  The tentacles will actually stick to your face.  It's considered a rare delicacy but I found it pretty tough to swallow-literally.

  4. a Worm on one reality show

  5. marmite - i cant see how anyone can stomach that spread.

  6. I ate crickets like popcorn in Mexico. They are spiced, salted and sold on the side of the road. They are called chapolinas.

  7. I'm a culinary arts student so it is vital to taste everything we can so..

    Pig's:

    heart

    lungs

    kidneys

    liver

    feet

    face

    intestines

    Rabbit

one time we had to get a catfish from the sink and crack it's skull(but it's still alive!) before removing it's insides. That is one of the most frightening days of my life. I mean catfish is not weird but if you get to kill them and see the hearts still beating. that is some scary weird fish. The fish just won't die no matter what i did.

  8. Shark Fin soup in Singapore...it was kinda tasteless, though.

  9. Blood Orange - An Orange that is the color of blood on the inside. (eeww!) Doesn't taste much different but just the thought of it.

  10. Either part of an alligator stew in Louisiana or a horse steak in Berlin (I didn't order either one, just tried it off someone else's place at the table).

I was with some people in Colorado one time who ordered chunks of deep-fried rattlesnake, but I couldn't bring myself to try one.

  14. Sheep's brain. And I've eaten a lot of the stuff mentioned above that may sound wearder and I am not easily grossed out .. but that was just too weird of a texture .... beuuuaaa..

  15. My dad made us eat squid and snails when we were kids...

The squid was the worst! Feeling those little suction cups in your mouth was AWFUL!!

  16. snail (escargo) alligator tail (battered and fried) Shark (that was interesting) Prickly pear cactus jelly (tasty) rabbit- squirrel (too bony) Cows head/brain (boiled then put in a gravy sauce over fried potatoes) Actually very good (as long as you don't know what it is) Headcheese(UGH)

  17. Hog head cheese AKA Souse.  I saw it being made - it was quite scarey with the hog heads lined up on a counter being shaved like men.  I just took about a tenth of a teaspoon just to be polite but lots of people just love it!
