What is the white and red powder dusting on my suede shoes that I left in a box under my bed for a year?

it is just  powder that is attracted to suede shoes a lot of things get like attracted to stuff but that's normal i have some too

It is probably some sort of fungus (bolor). A life form, neither animal nor plant, that nourishes itself on decomposing organic matter.
