  1. In order to get an MBA you would have to do the following:

    1) Get a bachelors degree (usually takes four years but it can be less if you have AP credits or take summer classes or more if you switch your major several times).

    2) Gain three to five years of professional (after college) full time work experience.  This actually depends on the prestige of the school you want to matriculate at.  The tier one schools will require more work experience (in terms of both quantity and quality) than tier two schools, and you may be able to get away with no work experience at all at most tier three schools if you have good grades and a great GMAT score.  That being said, conventional wisdom states that going to a tier three school is not worth it, but it might be depending on what you are getting an MBA for.

    3) Take the GMAT.  The GMAT is the standardized test you have to take in order to gain entrance into an MBA program.

    4) Fill out your application and write your essays.

I hope this clears things up a bit, best of luck!
