  1. Don't know about the show Naruto specifically, but it's often "taisetsu na hito" (the person important/special/valuable to me) or "suki na hito" (the person I like). If they're telling someone, it's often "suki desu" (i like/love you), or "daisuki desu" (i really like/love you).

  2. Well, quite often the characters put a honorific on the name of the person they're fond of, Sakura-chan, Naruto-kun, Sasuke-kun, but that doesn't mean anyone they use that for is someone they're fond of. For instance Hinata is fairly polite and uses an honorific for everyone, Kurenai-sensei, Neji-nii-san, Naruto-kun, Kiba-kun, Shino-kun, I think Hokage-sama as well. Naruto on the other hand speaks quite rudely and only adds -chan to Sakura because of his crush. He also refers to Tsunade as baa-chan though.

They often refer to the ones they care about as 'precious people' (taisetsu no hito, I think), which is usually people they love in a familial or platonic/friendly way, though it'd also include those they love in a romantic way. It generally refers to friendship though.

I suppose it depends on what you actually mean by the word they use to describe someone they love. There isn't really a single word and each character speaks differently anyway.

  3. im not sure but it isnt the suffix of their name... the Chan and kun is for their gender ... Chan is girl and Kun is guy.

  4. They use -kun after their name like Saskue-kun, Sakura-kun, Naruto-kun, etc.

  5. -chan

  6. I think they say the name and put -kun after it... thats what most of the girls said for sasuke... sasuke-kuun!!
