  1. Atheist, its the only way to go.

  2. atheist or agnostic......

  3. It sort of depends on what you mean by:

"Doesn't have a strong belief in god".

If there is NO belief in a god, the person in question is an atheist.

If (s)he says that (s)he cannot know for sure, and doesn't want to make up hir mind either way, (s)he's agnostic.

    Also: Non-religious + non-theist.

Those words might fit as well..

  4. Probably non-religious. Agnostic isn't so much a believer but in not sure either way if there is or is not a god (or gods). Athiests believe there is no god or gods at all.

  5. Non-religious.

  6. atheist

  7. An atheist. A(non)theist(religious).

  8. I'm afraid there isn't any such word, because religion and God can mean so many different things to people. There are several points you should consider. The first is that not everybody has the same definition of religion. How do you define religion? Do you consider only large, organized institutions like Christianity and Islam to be religions? Do you consider spiritual movements like Wicca, Satanism, Neo-Paganism, Falun Gong, Buddhism, or Taoism to be religions? There are people who consider themselves deeply spiritual and religious, but their beliefs do not come from any existing doctrine or system of beliefs. In other words they create their own systems or they incorporate ideas from many different systems. Would you consider these people to be religious?

Second, even when you do arrive at a definition of religion, not everybody has the same definitions of God. What does God mean to you? Is God an actual, conscious being that created the Universe and exercises total dominion over it, or is God a "force". In other words, one religious system may define the concept of "God" as an actual being, another may define "God" to simply be all matter in the Universe, another may define God as a massive pool of energy that our souls go to. The list goes on and on.

Finally, even after you've defined God, how would you describe a "strong belief" in God? One person may believe in God, but never prays and does not consider himself to be part of any religion. Another person may believe in God, but may view God as a "force" or an "energy" rather than a being or deity. Does believing in many "Gods" (polytheism) constitute a "weak belief in God" or vice versa?

When it comes to religion, my advice to you is never to judge people or "label" them based on your definitions of religion or what you believe constitutes a strong belief in God. Think twice before trying to find any "word" to describe anybody because people's spiritual beliefs are deeply personal and can be very complex. Nobody wants to be categorized or labeled.

  9. ignorant

  10. Honest.

3 additional words; truthful, intelligent, moral.

  11. Atheist or Agnostic, who really gives a d**n.
