not so sure I would consider a vulture a bird of prey, which means condors are excluded.

the  haring ibon eagle, from philipines, would be the  biggest eagle, and thus the biggest bird of prey. second would be the harpy

Phillipine Eagle (larger than the Harpy Eagle), and is definitely a  bird of prey.

First of all I am a volunteer with the USFWS Condor Recovery Program and the condor is not a bird of prey.  It is a scavenger with a 9 1/2 foot wingspan.  The program is doing well and there are over 300 condors in the United States today. In zoos, breeding programs and in the wild.  The California population has been suffering from the fires here  but nothing drastic.  There are 5 breeding pairs breeding this year in California.  I think the largest bird of prey in the world is either the Harpy Eagle or the Monkey Eating Eagle.

Definitely the californian condor alive today bigger than the andean condor and harpy eagle and with less than 30 living.

From what i read Andean Condor is the largest as compared to Philippine Eagle (Stellar and Harpy are just about the same size)

Andean Condor 31 pounds, 10.5 foot wingspan The Monkey eating eagle is now known as the Philippine Eagle .

Isn't it the Harpy Eagle of South America? Condors are considered scavengers.

Since Vultures and Condors are also members of the Birds Of Prey family, then the Andean Condor of South America is the biggest.
