What is the world coming to ?

I was at a shopping mall and i saw a dear helpless old lady being attacked by a gang of about 4 youths.

I stood and watched for about 10 or 15 minutes before anybody came to help.Isn't that just disgraceful !

The person who asked this question is just being dumb. Normal people would go help. That didn't really happen.

Yes, there are is  increase in gangs and gang related violence in our society.  I have no idea why, but it could be related to recession that might last for a while.  But the question I have for you is how come you just sat and watched it all happpen?

So why didn't you go to help her in steed of just standing there yourself watching, now that's what i call a disgrace, even if you just tried to do something

America is about to go through some tough times over the next couple of the years. The economy is getting progressively worse, and people are going to result to violence to get by. The question I have for you is why did you do nothing but watch, by helping you could be preventing.
