Not many dangers of living in Ireland these days.  It is a beautiful place, the people are friendly, and its fun.  It actually has the second highest average income per person behind the US.  I guess not having a good tolerence to alcohol may be a danger there?

Ireland is like everywhere else in the world, in that urban violence is on the increase. You have to be careful no matter where you live. Some places you can go to, others are no-go areas. Wherever you live, it is in your own interest to find out where these places are.

there are the same dangers in ireland as anywhere else in the world. although im sure there are lots of other worse places to be than ireland for violence and that!
