I would have to say the worst is NYC Color or Wet N Wild, theyre both so cheap and crappy.

For a drug store brand i would have to say MAX Factor is the best or whatever it is.

But as a recommendation I would recommend Sephora.

I don't like wet'n'wild...it makes my skin break out and the lip gloss tastes kinda bad when you wear it

the best makeup is probablyi think bare escentials. its all minerals and really good for your skin. but really expensive!

Worst make up you can ever buy are actually the ones from the dollar tree store. I see that a lot of people dislike N.Y.C. but as a real customer, i personally like it.

First because it is affordable and second it is usuable as far as quality goes. Not a lot of people like it is because the price is cheap and it looks generic on display. People are opt to purchase the brand like MAC because it is overrated and people think it is more better. Look in the Ingredients and you will find they are all the same, if not one or two ingredients off. But it is not like you know what they are anyway right? MAC just happens to be more opulent and more expensive because factory has to pay more for packaging and design.

I know I am off topic, but FYI the cheap brand Jane people are dissing is actually affiliated with CHANEL. I was told by two Macy's Saleswomen at two different times. Bet you didn't know that huh.

I wear N.Y.C. here and there and get compliments all the time. I have tried Lancome, Estee Lauder's, Victoria's secret mascara and I still like N.Y.C.'s mascara best. It actually makes my eyelashes really thick. Other brands were ok.  Again, it should not be what you wear, but how you wear it. =)

Lancome and Loreal are really good if you can afford them. The brand Bourgeosie is also really good and a little more affordable. The worst brands are the cheapest ones - most of the Covergirl products don't match as many skin tones and their eyeshadows aren't very good either.

MAC has amazing eyeliner, uhm jane and nyc aren't that good.

Worst I would have to say is anything cheap i.e Tesco's own.

Best I think are Lancome and MAC.

Worst- NYC is great for liners but the foundation is horrible, Hard Candy, any brand of makeup you get at the .99 store

the best...umm... i dont know, i dont think ive found the best yet. but some brands i really like are Urban Decay and some stuff from Rimmel.
