  2. 18 years of age

  3. Any age.  However, many people will not take you seriously at a young age.  They think you don't have enough experience.  Just prove them wrong!

  4. 18 is the legal age.  However you can put the business in mom and dad's name until they are 18.  Once the minor reaches 18 they can then take it over and transfer it into their name.  People do this all the time.  Great way to start a child off.

  5. 18. Obviously you have to be old enough to enter into a contract.
