What is there to do for pokemon pearl when i complete the pokedex?

i have obtained 490 pokemon all the way to Manaphy i don't have the last 3 yet but i heard i don't need them to have the pokedex completed.

Yes you do, look, you need all Sinnoh Pokemon to complete the Pokedex, and all 493 Pokemon to complete the National Dex, the NatDex is all Pokemon from Bulbasaur to Arceus.
