sing and dance...if you play an instrument bring it...and you should talk and be friendly to them all there and you will be surprised how much they would enjoy you if you sing or play an instrument.....

danger danger the amount of people i no in galway  just likeu think they can come here for a couple of days for the craic and never leave, most cosmopolitan town anywhere and it helps if u like adrink !! enjoy but this time next year u  will probaly be  a galwegian

I miss Galway like the other said be careful you may never leave I wouldnt have if i didnt have to go back and finish school.  To do well lots of pubs i recommend the Kings Head for a more traditional, the Living Room if you want something that is a bar but sort of clubish, GOP for a club and the Cellar if you want to dance also.  On saturday morning they have a farmers market in the city center that has fresh produce and cheese etc from locals and it also has some nice crafts.  Go to the bay its beautiful that time of year and if its warm its nice to get some ice cream and sit either on the beach or in/near salt hill.  Some nice shops.  Go take some tours they have nice day trips out to the Aran Island or to the Cliffs of Moher you can get tickets/buses at the bus stations in Eyer Square and i recommend both of them. There is also a dog track which is fun and also rugby and other games going on during the day you can go watch and tickets are cheap. Have a blast
