  1. Go for a tour round the baths..but that can be expensive..there is nice spa close by..Bath is beautiful but it's getting very busy now. I would also suggest the sea food restaurant..it's very tasty.

  2. In bath you.. HAVE A SHOWER

Its famous for people... TAKING A SHOWER!

  3. wash yourself! lol no onli jking erm i've heareds it very good

  4. The abbey, the city tour on bus, roman baths & the centre

  5. Bath is full of history, not just the roman baths.  It's a beautiful little city with great shops too.  The open top bus tour is very popular.  Bath is only a day trip so if you get bored go to Bristol.  It's only up the road

  6. go and see never been to bath, but i bleive its countryside is

    lovely

  7. I'm not a native of england (or Bath) but I believe there is some fairly intersting archaeology there as well as a Jane Austen festival that will start in two weeks.

  8. Sing!

Enjoy the architecture and Roman baths.

    Or do both!

  9. hot air ballooning, bath abbey, gd shops and gd walk paths

  10. Bath is fantastic if you like history and taking photos of pretty and interesting places.  If you are going there by car use one of the large car parks within walking distance of the town.  It's a Georgian gem of a place with narrow and picturesque streets, compact so you can walk everywhere and lies amid lovely scenery.  You MUST visit the roman baths (where it got its name from) which they accidentally dug up in the 1800s when someone's cellar flooded.  Even if you aren't keen on history you'll find it a fascinating place to visit. There's a full size roman bath fed by a natural hot water spring - don't know if you can swim in it nowadays though - and lots of artifacts.  Also you can 'take the waters' upstairs at street level and there are various museums of period clothing etc and loads of interesting little shops and places to eat and street entertainers if you just want to chill.  You can take the open topped tour bus as a starter because there's a commentary which tells you where you are and what you might want to take a closer look at on your own.  If you are heading to the west of England, you shouldn't miss out Bath on your way.  Nearby is Bathampton where you can take trips along the river in a narrow boat and a little further west is the City of Bristol which is also a hive of interesting places to visit - take the tour bus there as well and visit the SS Great Britain and other period vessels in the harbour.  I hope you enjoy your trip to the UK.  I don't think you'll find enough time to spare for the actual spas though with such a lot to do!  It's exhausting just telling you about it.

  11. Play with your rubber duck of course.

Although, have a look on a search engine and type 'BATH TOURISM' and loads of stuff will com up. Something has to interest you from that

  12. Have a look at what users of the Enjoy England website have said about Bath -

    http://www.enjoyengland.com/your-england...

    Have a great time.

  13. No-one has mentioned the Jane Austen connection. The Pump Room is adjacent to the Roman Baths and Spa. That is now a restaurant, quite often with music, but in Jane Austen's time was popular for balls and socialising. Another Jane Austen link is the Assembly Rooms.

Other sites are Bath Abbey, and the Crescent, a famous area of architecture.

Then there is shopping Bath. You could spend a day in the shopping centre.

Unfortunately the ancient catacombs under the streets are not open to the public.

  14. Check out the Bath tourism website (www.visitbath.co.uk). There is so much to do in this beautiful city.

There is also a lovely theatre which has a lot of Pre-West End shows, so you'll see world class theatre on tour before it gets to London,

    Theatre Royal Bath (http://www.theatreroyal.org.uk).

If you are staying in Bath and have time to get out and about you could always visit Longleat (www.longleat.co.uk) or the caves at Wookey Hole or Cheddar (www.wookey.co.uk) (www.cheddarcaves.co.uk)
