we just got back from 5 days in Cabo and the weather is just perfect.  Not a lot of people now - all the resorts/bars are preparing for the Holiday rush.

The weather is perfect to do just about anything.  It seems like the whole town is run on timeshare money - so a lot of the activities (swimming w/dolphins, ATV, jet skiing) are a LOT cheaper if you go attend a timeshare presentation (but they are usually 90 minutes of icky hard sell).

The sunset catamaran cruise is awesome - open bar included.  Jet skiing is great - just go down to the beach (Playa Medano) and rent one off the beach.  If you have a limited amount of time, staying around the beach area is good.  With the jet ski you can easily go see the arch yourself and go to Lover's Beach.

Hola!  Well mid-December is very busy in Cabo.  Lots of stuff to do.   My top 10 list is below:

1. Swim with the dolphins

2. Rent a jet ski, go kayaking, or parasailing

3. ATV the sand dunes and arroyos

4. Go snorkeling at Chileno or Santa Maria bays

5. Go shopping or sightseeing downtown

6. Take a 4x4 trip outback

7. Ride a zip line over an arroyo

8. Watch the bull fights, turtle hatching, whale watch

9. Go on a fishing excursion for dorado or marlin

10. Party like crazy at the famous nightclubs, cabo wabo, giggling marlin, el squid roe, the zoo, etc.

Don't forget, the resort you stay at will also have tons of activities and adventures for you to participate in.  Have an excellent time in Cabo!
