  1. Check from this site;

  2. Someone typed ancient places, i have seen all of them. They are all nice. The bithplace of Saint Paul is placed at the east side of Mersin (about 45-50 km to Mersin) and all of other ancient places are located at the west side of Mersin. My special advise is Maiden's Castle (Kız Kalesi), not only for it is ancient, for its beach. The beach there is really cool, the castle is in the sea and you can go there by boat or by swimming from beach to castle:) not kidding it takes about half an hour by swimming :) ( i did) You can find various hotels there and night life is also well in Kız Kalesi.

    Life is really cheap in the centre of Mersin but there arent so many things to buy for tourists.

    And meals, you should eat "Tantuni" and drink "Şalgam" (Shalgam) with tantuni. And you should eat "adana kebap" with "ayran". You should eat, indeed you have to eat "Künefe" as a sweet :)

    Ohh missed there :)

  3. night clubs are very populer there and go to the beach and you should drink something called shalgam just dring ***** it taste like haven and go to the malls and visit the place with the biggest dimanod in the world and just go with the flow you will love it

    The island fortress of Kız Kalesi (Maiden's Castle) at the ancient and coastal town of Corykos. The town's name is also Kızkalesi in Turkish
