What is there to do in Minnesota that is not super expensive?

I have a camp friend coming to town on Monday for the week. We are high schoolers and dont like spending that much money... any suggestions?? Everytime camp friends come to town we come to the conclusion that there is nothing to do and end up at a friends house. Any ideas of fun things to do in the Twin Cities???
