  1. They have an Orlando Science Center!! Fun to check out!

  2. Leu Gardens (free 8am-noon on Mondays!)

    Wekiwa Springs

Charles Hosmer Museum of American Art...very beautiful Tiffany exhibit and cheap admission

    Winter Park-Park Avenue

  3. Pretty much nothing. Used to actually live there. There are some "cultural" things to do but they're pretty lame. People who live there spend much of their time driving around to malls, strip shopping centers and chain restaurants. I would suggest the beach if you're anti-theme park. The gulf side has nicer beaches..it's slightly further, like 90 minutes from the Disney area versus an hour. Try Clearwater or St Pete Beach, beautiful white sand beaches.

  4. According to Wikitravel, you can visit:

Arboretum of the University of Central Florida

    Harry P. Leu Gardens

    World of Orchids

    Cornell Fine Arts Museum

    International Trolley and Train Museum

    The Holy Land Experience

The Orange County Regional History Center.

    The Orlando Museum of Art

    The Orlando Science Center

Ripley's Believe It or Not! Orlando Odditorium

  5. if you don't like theme parks,Orlando also is very well known for its shopping.its really cheap.from there they have beaches near by.
