What is there to do in Rincon, Puerto Rico, whats it like?...?

is it boring, a big city, lots to do, are there many jobs there for english only speakers?

Rincon is a small town in the western coast of the island.  Good for surf and have beautiful beaches and a resort.  Other than that there is not much around for turists.  Mayaguez is a city near Rincon and there you can find more hotels, casino, University, Zoo, Botanical Garden and other things to see.  Aguadilla, another city close by, has a water park, ice skating and bowling facilities.

Jobs?  Besides hotels, casino, resorts most jobs would be better if you know also spanish and depends on what studies or experience you have.

Rincon is a city on the west coast of PR. It is a surfer type of town. People are laid back & many love to surf on Rincon's beautiful beaches. Surfing is big in the winter time, there is also whale watching. Snorkeling & scuba diving are big in the summer when the surf dies down. There are local bars for nightlife. There are actually a fairly large amount of people from the US in Rincon so many there speak english, but you will need to learn some spanish also. There arent many jobs in PR for english only speakers, more so for billinguals. If you need a job you can try something in tourism that cater to the english speaking tourists, but it will be minimal pay if you can find anything.
