What is there to do in Toledo, Spain for two 27 year old females?

My friend and I are travelling to Toledo, Spain for my birthday in March/08 for the first time. I know nothing of the culture and I want to know what is there to do in this town and the surrounding areas. What is the weather like around that time? Is this a big city or a small town?
