Question:

What is there to do in Windermere, Lake District, when its raining?

I am going to the lake district at the weekend and its forecasted to rain, what is there to do there where i don't get wet :)

go to the south end of the lake where you can buy a combined ticket to go into the Aquarium of the Lakes (very good indeed) and then enjoy a return trip on one of the steamers which takes you up the lake to Bowness and back.

We've done this a few times and always enjoy it.
