What is there to do in saskatoon?

Im moving to saskatoon on monday the 1st and im underage so i cannot drink so dont tell me to go to bars and stuff, what is there to do for an 18 year old guy to do and maybe meet some friends, cause im worried im gunna be lonly, im gunna be working, i graduated from high school already.

There are an amazing number of things to do - unfortunately, the vast majority of them happen in the summer, which is almost over, but there's still lots. There are festivals all summer long.

My brother is coming here to Saskatoon this weekend for the International Mustang Car show, and there is also a Fireworks Festival taking place here.

First off, you'll meet people through your work, and they'll give you a heads up on what's going on. There's always something - depends upon what kinds of things you are interested in. There's a big music scene here - from all genres - rock, alternative, indy, etc. as well as folk, jazz, classical. There's a free paper called Planet S which you can get at grocery stores and other places - and they list concerts and events coming up. Sometimes there are all-ages shows, too, at places like the Odeon Events Centre, which is downtown.

There are lots of sporting events in the city - at all levels.

Gee, I think you just have to get here, see what you are interested in, and maybe join a community group, take a class, etc.
