What is there to do on Valentine's Day in Bristol when you're single?

Me and a couple of single girl-friends want to hit the town on Valentines Day in Bristol but we're not sure what's on or worth checking out. any suggestions?

Find someplace where you can treat yourselve to all the stuff your imaginary boyfriends would treat you to...in truth, no real one will, anyway, so why not blow a wad on the people who really care about you?

Or if you can't afford to go out for it, everybody buy a bottle of champagne, some food you would only buy for a romantic dinner, and some chocolates to share...have a blast!  who needs a man, anyway?

Everywhere is gonna be filled with loved-up couples, so restaurants are probably out of the question, i would just hit a club or something.      i imagine you will find some single guys to have a laugh with, maybe even a little romance!  Just be careful wandering around the centre late at night, I know how rowdy it can get.

Why dont you grab a Venue and see if there is anything going on, or try www.thisisbristol.co.uk - it has a section for entertainment and nights out, maybe there will be some clubs or bars that are doing special offers that night.

Theres certainly enough bars and clubs in town, so you will be spoilt for choice.
