What is there to do on an airplane other than listen to music and sleep?

Read a book, bring a puzzle book (like sudoku) bring handheld or travel games.

read a book or if u dont like reading get an audio book. also if u have a laptop or portable dvd player take that and watch a movie.

I like to read or watch a movie on my computer. Lately, I have been buying some TV shows on iTunes. They are shorter than a movie and provide a good break from reading.

read, throw peanuts at unsuspecting fellow travellers, look out the window, crossword puzzles, ..... options are limited

haha not a whole lot... its like being in a car, with no view.. cant really get up a lot or walk around.. tlak to whoever your with, play cards, magazines, ipod, sleep.

Read, watch movies ( on your portable DVD player, Ipod, Zune, Laptop etc), Draw, talk to the person next to you, see how many times you can push the call button in one minute and then try to beat that time, engage the people around you in a singalong, play video games if you have PSP or Gameboy, sleep, drink.. thats about it.

You cant see the flight deck while in flight anymore but maybe if your lucky they will let you look at it after the flight.

I would bring a movie and a couple of magazines because odds are your laptop battery will die after one movie.
