What is there to do or see in Cozumel, Mex?

Swim, snorkel, hike along the beaches on the unpopulated side of the island, boat trips, swim with the dolphins, parasail, hang out on the beach drinking kahlua coladas (pina coladas with a shot of kahlua -- yummy), eat fabulous food cheaply, go horse back riding, shop in the downtown market square, take a day trip by plane over to the main land to explore Chitinitza (spelling??).  You won't be bored, it's a gorgeous island and the people are super.

Tips:  Eat at the Mission, they have the best coconut ice cream and the food is fabulous and cheap.  There is a little bakery on a side street onthe far end of the downtown market area, towards the airport -- stop in there and try everything.  When you go in the water, wear two piece suits and shower with warm soapy water (suit too) right after you get out of the water.  That's to prevent sea lice.  If you get them, rub and squeeze a fresh lime on the bites.  Buy yourself some real vanilla to take home for baking.  Get your kahlua to bring home from the airport duty free shop.  We stayed at the El Presidente hotel resort and it was fabulous!

sooo many things. snorkeling, diving, kayak tours, horse back riding, if you dont like activiites theres great resorts like the presidente cozumel hotel and resort which it though it was awsome. so theres alot of things for both outdoor activity people or just want to relax people. the beach is GREAT
