It's a big Universe.  It could very well be true.

Six planets are inhabited.  In our solar system, only one planet appears to be inhabited.  Venus and Mars could possibly be in the habitable zone of orbits around the Sun.  Getting six planets in a habitable zone seems unlikely.  But let's say for the sake of argument that the Jaar-Gilon's  are very advanced, and have spread out in their solar system.  And let's say that only one of the planets is an uninhabitable gas giant.  It seems possible.

The Universe is large, and so this system with it's beings may exist.  But it seems unlikely that they are anywhere near us.  Or in a galaxy anywhere near us.  Or even within our visible Universe.  They could be so far away as to be irrelevant.

Still, it might be really cool to meet them.

Well, given that you can't disprove a negative, we don't know that it isn't possible.  However, I can assure you that when I am working in the observatory tonight, I will not be looking at, or for, your mythical star or it's equally mythical retinue of planets.
