What is this 90's board game?

Question

I vaguely remember details so I'm sorry that this isn't that descriptive.

I remember there were a tall snowy mountain that you pulled up so it stood on the board. I think you had to stack something to get to a taller level but you had to do it before the mountain fell down? Something like that.

It's not Tiki Mountain.

I'd appreciate an answer but you if you can't find anything, I understand because I wasn't too descriptive but that's really all I remember. I think I was five or six when I played this.

It doesn't exactly fit what you're describing, but it does have the pull-up mountain that you have to climb.
