Does this mean that they like deliver a house to you? I am just a little confused.

The ad is for the MATERIALS to build the house.  You will need to supply the labor, either yourself or by hiring a contractor.  Hope this helps.

The pieces are delivered to the site where you build the house.  You'd need a contractor of your choice, or sometimes the company that delivers the parts will send men to put the house up.

Yep, they deliver a house to you~~~assembly required. The kit SHOULD contain everything that you need to build the house minus the tools, nails, and people....oh and time. They do not ship you an already built house.
