What is this Card Game?

Question

I played a card game recently but I can't remember what it's called!

All I know is that you deal the whole deck out evenly, and the object is to get rid of all your cards. Its like UNO. 3 being the lowest number and 2 being the highest. You must put down a card of higher value than the person in front or you have to pass. The suits also have a ranking from highest to lowest value.
