THis care bear is Bright Orange and his tummy symbol has a yellow star sticking it's tongue out, does anyone know what this bear's name is? I have searched everything I could find on the Internet and cannot find this care bear anywhere.

I know Funshine Bear has a sun on it's belly.  Though it doesn't have a tongue sticking out.
