its a Pixar short film.... its played before the movie A Bug's Life.

I think that Pixar released a dvd including all of there 5 minute short films.

Summertime had it right. It's a Pixar short called Geri's Game, it was released in the theaters with A Bug's Life, and it won the Oscar for best animated short.
