I'm new in the Horoscope section. I'm really interested in it. But can anyone explain to me what moon/sun/rising is? I kno i sound dumb but really what is it? I'm curious

You're not dumb. You just don't know yet.

Your Sun Sign is the sign your sun was in at your birth. Same thing for the Moon. Your Rising sign is based on the time you were born. These three, along with all the other planets, form your astrological birth or natal chart. A good astrologer can use all these to give you a good picture of who you are, what are your strengths nd weaknesses, and how you can function best.
