What is this Jeep Wrangler worth?

I found this Jeep Wrangler and was wondering what others think it is worth. It is a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, automatic, has remote locks, tow hitch it's stock except for speakers and radio. The radio is a dvd player also and fits nice inside, not a pop out one, it comes out so when top is off wont get stolen. Has 65k miles. Is black with Khaki hard top and has the soft top that has never been put on. The owner has all the original items that came with it new (window sticker, delivery paper ect). Everything is perfect with it. The only flaw is the hood is cracking with the clear coat. In arizona so guessing the heat just cracked it. Let me know what you would pay or what you think it's worth. Considering it is a 2004 and the only thing wrong with it is crack on the hood which is easy to fix by the way. I would offer $35,000.00
