What is this R&B song?

Question

It came out between 2001 and 2003 I'm not sure exactly when. It was slow to mid tempo, love song and there was a mixed fast version that the clubs played. It was by some guy w/ the name Jon something (but not Lil Jon or Jon B) and I believe he was from somewhere in the Caribbean. Maybe Jamaica? I think it was a one hit wonder. The lyrics I can remember go something like, "...night and day...." Anyone know? 10 points to the first right answer :-)
