What is this Spanish dish (in picture link below)?

I had this dish in Barcelona this summer, and while I'm pulling a stupid face in the picture (because they described it as a "salad"), I really really loved it. I want to know how to make it, but I need the name first.. ;)

Could it be some kind of ceviche?  What was the white in it?
