What is this WinZip? Should I unzip it?

I finally found the driver for my printer. (I lost the installation CD) so I got it all downloaded and now it wants to know if I want to UNZIP?

Well, do I ? I am computer illiterate.

I don't even know if this is the right category. Y/A picked it.

Well if it's a file with ".zip" name at the end then in windows you can just right click on it and choose to unzip it.

That's a archive type file, so in order to use what's inside you must get the content out, if that archive is containing a setup file (like "driver_setup_name.exe") you must unzip the zip file and then run that ".exe".

yes you do. this 'unpacks' the file because it is compressed. you cannot open a compressed file until you unzip it
