What is this X-men television episode?

I remember this X-men episode, and i would like to know the name of it. It had Cyclops go to some island, and I think he found his brother/friend. His friend or w/e had the same power as Cyclops but it came from his hands, and was controllable. Cyclops and the other guy were tricked by Magneto into going into some chamber that let Cyclops control his power, too. Eventually, there is, I guess, a meteor that comes down towards them, and Cyclops and the other dude use their powers to push the meteor away.

I loved those episodes. It's from the series X-Men Evolution and it's part of the season 1 two part finale.

Episode 12 is called The Cauldron, and that's when the meet. Episode 13 (The Cauldron II) is the finale and continues on from when episode 12 ends.

Just a side note, as SabreBlade has this covered: Cyclops' brother's name is Alex (both in this series and in the comics), and he goes by the handle of Havok.
