I will have a very small dot like itchy spot on my hands and then it flares to an open sore that is ugly and hurts. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Thanks so much.

  1. You need to go to the doctor

  2. If it's between the fingers and on your palms the original small dots could be a form of allergic reaction...the small dots could be hives.  Think back and remember if you have used any new chemicals.  (For me it was Pinesol...I like it, but I HAVE to wear gloves when I use it!)  The open sores resulted from my rubbing and scratching the first spots.

I went to the doctor with my complaint, and I suggest you do the same.  My doctor prescribed a cortisone cream, and he told me to ALWAYS wash my hands thoroughly after all chemical exposure...even yard work.  Turns out I have a few plants that give me the same reaction.

So, my advice, see your doctor...try some cortisone cream in the mean time.

  3. Put some cream onit, any type of skin cream you have.

    Then go see a doctor.

  4. You should take Homeopathic treatment for this disease

  5. start by going to a doctor

  6. ME MYSELF IF I WAS YOU I WOULD GO TO THE DOCTOR.

  7. Sounds like a hive or some bite and you scratch it and it becomes a scab. Try Cortisone cream - or if it's really scabbed an antibiotic ointment - If it just flares on it's own seriously look in to making an MD appointment to see if it's not something more serious that you need a prescription for.
