why do we recieve pointes for every question we ask ?

  1. wrong, you LOOSE points for asking (5 I believe) ang GET points for answering (2 points)


  2. It is for sharing your knowledge with everyone and also knowing about what you dont. The points system is just to encourage to answer more I guess. Also there are many embarrasing questions we have and we can shoot it to Yahoo community for answers. It is a very valuable resource and great Community help. More over you get to meet interesting people on the way that match your thinking and liking sometimes.
