What is this bike worth?

I have the mens version of that bike. It was built about 1964.

Unfortunately, womens bikes don't do so well when it comes to value... they usually give up their lives to restore mens versions. Since I know that mine is only worth about $70 and is in nearly perfect shape my guess that yours is likely worth $40 or less. If I saw it at a flea market I would max it out at $30.

Bike values are very sensitive to condition and gender... just because it is old doesn't mean it is valuable. Sorry.
