What is this blue and gray stuff growing in bowl of water?

I noticed gray stuff in my cat's water bowl(only was out for six hours) so I washed it thoroughly. I refilled it and its been an hour and now there is the same gray film spots, but also bright blue speckles, and some yellow gray stuff. What on earth is going on, is it the water, spot I'm putting it, or bowl? And is this dangerous?

That's weird. It could not of been mold cuz that's way to fast. maybe u should buy a new bowl or check ur cat's mouth.

maybe your cat is kicking something into the water.

get a new bowl check your cats month...get a glass of water sit it down come back to check good luck,,,,
