What is this book called?

Question

It's about a girl who becomes bulimic and gets caught by her mother who sends her to therapy. While in therapy she sees that one of the more popular girls in her school is in the same therapy because her mom discovered a pack of gum and thought they were laxatives.

I only remember bits and pieces of it. Like a part where she is in the woods and is purging ice cream, and her friend thinks she's puking up blood when it's just cherry juice.

And it has a pink cover.
